Stenden SA is governed by a Board of Governors that is composed of:

2. Mr Adrian Gardiner – Chairman / Owner of Mantis Collection
3. Mrs Louise Swanepoel – Town counsellor and community representative
4. Mr Fezekile Tshiwula – CEO Nelson Mandela Bay Tourism
5. Mr Graham Vass – General Manager, Grand Roche

Management Board

The management board is responsible for the day to day running of the institute and presently consists of three members:

1. Mr. Wouter Hensens, General Manager and Academic Dean, is responsible for all academic affairs.
2. Mr. Nigel Bottell, Business Development Manager, is responsible for campus operations and marketing.
3. Mr. Alroy Taai, Community Development and Student Counsellor, is responsible for all community relations and community development programms and is the school’s student counsellor.

Advisory Board

This Committee is responsible to advise on academic matters and the standard
of the programmes and all aspects of programme management and planning for
each specific program.

Exam Committee

The Exam Committee is responsible for decision making on selection of students, exemptions, examination, and graduation.
It consists of the following members:
